Wales Castles Update
Due to popular demand, here is a dodgy looking map of our trip last weekend (click on the photo for a larger version). The order was Chepstow, Raglan, meant to go to Whitecastle, got lost and went to Skenfrith instead, Grosmont (after having lunch across the road and not realising, then driving away and having to come back), Llanthony Priory, Whitecastle (finally), Caerleon Barracks then Amphitheatre, Tinkinswood Burial Chamber (which Heather forgot about, even though it was the oldest thing we saw), then we went past Cowbridge looking for St. Quentins, twice, then eventually found it, then past some curious cows to Old Beaupre, then Ogmore and finally Coity - then home via the Indian restaurant in Bridgend. Phew.

A Detour is a choice between two tasks each with its own pros and cons. In this Detour teams must choose between Whitecaslte or Grosmont. In Whitecastle teams must get lost and go to Skenfrith. In Grosmont teams must have lunch across the road, not realise they are at Grosmont, drive away then come back. When they are done they may return home and have curry at Bridgend.

Mum and I think the photos are great, the task was obvioculy fun, and Daryl holding the camera was easier than carrying lots of equiomennt all round the countryside...I should know..I did.
