Ten hours at the Louvre

Arrived at 10am, left at 8pm (had a couple of very tired food breaks along the way too). It was a big day, but so many great things to look at. You can check out their whole collection on their website: http://www.louvre.fr/llv/commun/home_flash.jsp?bmLocale=en
Even though we spent 10 hours there (and got some good exercise), we still think that we probably saw less than half of the collection!

Nine Bristol pirates
Eight marble statues
Seven carols by candlelight
Six micro-metres per second (is how fast Planktothrix sinks)
Five tv channels
Four half-marathon runners
Three pairs of gloves
Two thinking men
And a game of Bristol Monopoly (I can't believe we've done 10 days already!!).
